Very usefull
Understanding the use of all of God’s work will make us all stronger. Why do we search for fast foods when the foods of the earth are all meant to heal us, be strong and healthy.
They are so easy to take and yet, our lack of understanding is only our way of showing how much we need help.
Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you for spreading the awareness. Be Well! Rakesh
hi good morning . i want to know about the miracle drink.which combination is right,is it carrot apple and potato or carrot apple and beetroot.thanks awaiting your reply.
It is Carrots, Apple, and Potato. Potato adds some binding carbohydrates coming from a root vege. Beets are also root vege, but not as rich in carbs (needed for energy). Beets are good for treating internal inflammations like carrots and can be added to the drink. Be Well!
Hi Dr Sethi,
My husband has high cholesterol. How can he consume ginger juice and garlic so that its easily he can easily eat it and benefitted the most? And how much quantity on daily basis he should take?
I would appreciate your response.
Thanks so much!!
Take fresh chopped garlic use as is or cook it in your dishes. Ginger can also be cooked into dishes in delicious recipes. You can consume 1/2 tea spoon of ginger with each meal every day. Or you can take tea spoon of fresh chopped ginger let it infuse in water, simmer it and make tea with it. Drink twice a day. Best!
Thanks so much Dr Sethi!!
its good i like ginger so much
Great article, we use ginger every day. It goes in to our shakes, teas, and is used in capsule form as well. We also like to cook with it as it pares well with garlic and Thai basil. It has taken away the pains that I used to believe were carpal tunnel in my wrists and has helped my digestive tract over and over. We also add a lot of healthy fats to our diet that include coconut oil, and avocados every day.
Stay healthy!
